Flipper Stud LLC (“Flipper Stud,” “we,” “us”) provides software for real estate operators. This page summarizes how we handle information when you use flipperstud.com and the Flipper Stud application.
Account details you provide (such as email and name), organization and project data you enter into the product, billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe), and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) needed to operate and secure the service.
We use information to provide and improve the product, authenticate users, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and communicate about the service (including transactional email). We do not sell your personal information.
We use infrastructure and vendors necessary to run the product (for example hosting, authentication, and payment processing). Those providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to deliver their services to us.
You may update account information in the app, cancel a subscription per your plan terms, or request deletion of your account by contacting support@flipperstud.com.
